I have been on my phone for 2hrs to ask a simple question all that I got was off the wall music service department called back twice half an hr each time so i hung up geek squad 15 minutes or less turns into 25 minutes on hold an talking to customer service was no help they would not connect me to anything but to the service department with a yes mam an a no mam as I was trying to explain something 2hrs of my time was to much My next purchase will not be at best buy just so you know this was not my first encounter with this type of service not good at all
