I have been on my phone for 2hrs to ask a simple question all that I got was off the wall music
service department called back twice half an hr each time so i hung up geek squad 15 minutes or less turns into 25 minutes on hold an talking to customer service was no help they would not connect me to anything but to the service department with a yes mam an a no mam as I was trying to explain something 2hrs of my time was to much My next purchase will not be at best buy just so you know this was not my first encounter with this type of service not good at all

i would like to thank angie of cust service of best buy #457 rockaway n j she was realy great in helping me out she is the best i ever had in helping me out

Today February 24, 2010 I went to Best Buy in Charlottesville, Va with every intentions of buying a new dryer. I first encountered rep. who said he would be with me in just a moment. I waited and waited, (I finally saw him taking care of someone else) which he didn’t tell me. So I asked another person there to help, but he didn’t know anything and said he would tell the appliance rep. I was waiting, so he told him he would be with me as soon as he finished up with the person he was with. She looked a little disgusted too. Finally I gave up and started out of the place and as I was leaving, I asked the person at the door if they had more than one person back there and he said no, I guess not tonight. I told him they just lost a sale. His respone was (SORRY).

I will never go back to Best Buy again because of the attitude and non response towards helping people. I have had a number of experiences with them, but giving them the benefit of the doubt, I tried again. But after my last visit on 2-24-10 attempting to buy a dryer, I will not do any more business with the company. I hope other Best Buy stores are better than Charlottesville,Va. I am passing on the word just in case someone else may have the same problem, they won’t be surprised.
